What these terms cover

These terms explain what you can expect from www.pharosgraph.com (the "site") and what we expect from you when you use it. The site is operated by PharosGraph Inc. ("PharosGraph", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This is a marketing site. There are no accounts to create, nothing to buy, and nowhere to post content. The only form on the site is the request form. How we handle what you submit there, and how site analytics work, is described in our privacy policy rather than here. The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

These terms cover the site only. Any services PharosGraph provides to you or your organization are governed by a separate written agreement. Sending us the request form does not create one.

What you can do here

You are welcome to browse the site and to read, download, or print its pages for your own personal reference or for internal reference within your organization. You may share links to our pages. Please keep any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices intact on anything you copy. That is the only permission we give, and we can withdraw it if you break these terms. Nothing in these terms restricts a use the law allows without permission, such as quoting a post with attribution under fair use.

What you may not do

Please do not:

• use the site for anything unlawful, or in any way that breaks these terms
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy the site, by hand or with automated tools, other than ordinary search engine indexing
• interfere with the site or the systems that serve it, for example by flooding it with requests, probing it for weaknesses, or introducing malicious code
• try to reach any non-public part of the site, such as the content management interface we use to publish it, or any system or data not meant for visitors
• misrepresent who you are, or claim an affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from PharosGraph that you do not have, including on the request form

If you do these things, we may take any steps the law allows to protect the site and our rights.

Who owns the content

The content on the site, including text, images, graphics, analyses, and page design, belongs to PharosGraph Inc. or to the people who license it to us. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect it. Except for the permitted use described above, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or adapt the content without our written permission.

PharosGraph and its product names are trademarks of PharosGraph Inc. Third-party names and logos that appear on the site belong to their owners and appear for identification only. Their appearance does not mean those companies endorse us, or that we endorse them. Nothing on the site gives you permission to use any of these names or marks.

About the content

Blog posts and analyses on the site are there to inform. They reflect the views of their authors at the time they were written, and they can go out of date. They are not professional, legal, financial, or political advice, and you should not treat them as such. Case studies describe work we have done in the past. They are not a guarantee that future work will produce the same results.

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

Links to other sites

The site links to places we do not control. These include our profiles on LinkedIn, X, and Bluesky, and third-party sites referenced in blog posts. We provide these links for convenience. We are not responsible for what those sites contain or how they operate, and a link does not mean we endorse the linked site or its content. Check their terms and policies when you visit them.

The site also links to maps.pharosgraph.com, a separate PharosGraph web application. These terms do not apply there. It has its own practices.

The site is provided as is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it always will be. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site suits any particular use, or that using it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that its content is accurate, complete, or current.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. That includes lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. This applies to losses that come from your use of the site or from your reliance on anything in it. It applies whatever the legal theory, and even if we were told such damages were possible. The same protection covers PharosGraph Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents.

For anything these limits do not cover, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the site and these terms is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). The site sells nothing and costs you nothing to use, which is what this figure reflects.

The law where you live may not allow some of these limits, so parts of the warranty and liability sections may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any right the law says cannot be limited. In particular, nothing here limits any right you have under privacy or consumer protection law, including the rights described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the site changes or the law does. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

If part of these terms cannot be enforced

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be applied as far as the law allows. The rest of the terms will still apply. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we are not giving up the right to enforce it later. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and PharosGraph about your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent the law allows, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction and venue. If you live outside the United States, this choice of law does not take away any protection you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law where you live.
